15 years of experience in hospitality operations, restaurant management, team leadership and business expansion.

Read Naveen’s full profile

Naveen is the founder of Global Hospitality Co and brings 15 years of experience in hospitality operations, team leadership and business expansion. His background combines hands-on service delivery with the practical work of opening outlets, building teams and improving day-to-day performance.

His experience includes restaurant general management in the UAE, multi-outlet operations, recruitment and staff development, budgets, cost control and service standards. He understands how staffing gaps, inconsistent training and weak coordination affect both the guest experience and a business’s results.

Naveen brings an operations-led perspective to workforce solutions: understand the role, prepare people for the work, establish clear expectations and follow through on service quality.

At Global Hospitality Co, he leads the business vision, partnerships, growth strategy and operational execution. His focus is to connect hotels, restaurants and hospitality operations with practical staffing and outsourcing support, with clear expectations for employers and the people delivering the service.

Leadership approach

  • People: build capable teams through clear communication, training and respect.

Ramesh Shahaji Chandanshive

Ramesh Shahaji Chandanshive

Co-Founder · Global Hospitality Co

22 years of experience in human resources, people leadership and workforce transformation.

Read Ramesh’s full profile

Ramesh Shahaji Chandanshive brings 22 years of experience in human resources, people leadership and workforce transformation. His contribution to Global Hospitality Co centres on the people behind the service: how they are welcomed, prepared, supported and given opportunities to grow.

As Co-Founder, he complements Naveen’s experience in operations and business expansion with a focus on workforce development and organisational culture. Together, their leadership connects the practical demands of running a service business with the needs of the teams delivering that service every day.

Building capable, confident teams

Ramesh’s people-leadership focus extends beyond filling a vacancy. It includes helping employees understand their responsibilities, the standards expected of them and how their work contributes to the wider team. Clear onboarding, practical training and regular communication are priorities within this approach.

For hospitality, housekeeping and cleaning roles, preparation needs to reflect the realities of the workplace. His focus on staff development supports clear guidance, constructive feedback and opportunities to strengthen both technical skills and professional confidence.

Employee wellbeing and a respectful workplace

Employee wellbeing is an important part of Ramesh’s leadership focus. His priorities include respectful communication, accessible support and an environment where team members can raise concerns and seek guidance. These priorities bring attention to the employee experience alongside day-to-day operational requirements.

His approach combines care with clear expectations. Employees need to understand their duties and service standards, while managers need to communicate consistently, listen and provide useful feedback. This balance is central to the workplace culture he aims to help build.

Supporting women in the workforce

Ramesh places particular emphasis on a women-first approach to people development, with dignity, respect and opportunity at its centre. His focus is on helping women feel valued as professionals and supported as they develop their skills and confidence.

This includes an emphasis on fair treatment, recognition of contribution and opportunities to progress. These are guiding priorities for building a supportive culture as the business develops.

People leadership that supports growth

As Global Hospitality Co grows, Ramesh’s focus is on keeping workforce needs connected to business plans. Recruitment, onboarding, training and communication need to develop alongside service demand, so that expansion remains grounded in the capabilities and support needs of the team.

His 22 years of HR and people-leadership experience bring a complementary perspective to the company’s direction: growth depends on capable people, clear expectations and a culture that supports consistent performance.

His priorities at Global Hospitality Co

  • Workforce planning and thoughtful recruitment.
  • Clear onboarding and practical skills development.
  • Employee wellbeing and open communication.
  • Respect, dignity and opportunities for women at work.
  • Recognition, professional development and a supportive team culture.

Together, Naveen and Ramesh bring operations, expansion and people leadership into a shared vision for Global Hospitality Co: reliable service delivered by teams that are prepared, respected and supported.
