Different outlets need different experience. Specify which skills you want assessed:

• Espresso preparation, grinder adjustment and machine care.
• Milk steaming and the drinks on your menu.
• V60 or other manual brewing methods, where required.
• Iced coffee, matcha and other cold beverages, where required.
• Customer service, order handling, workstation hygiene and stock checks.

The skills of each proposed candidate should be reviewed against your brief. Ask for relevant profiles and available introduction videos, shared privately with candidate consent, and arrange an interview before confirmation.

Staffing for your operating schedule

Share your outlet location, number of baristas, daily operating hours, busiest shifts and contract duration. For seasonal kiosks or events, include the opening and closing dates and any site-access requirements.

What will the quotation cover?

Your proposal sets out the staffing rate, agreed hours and responsibilities. Confirm employment administration, transport, accommodation, uniforms, induction and any agreed replacement cover before signing.

Can we interview the proposed baristas?
